“ I celebrated my birthday at Parker Rooftop on Saturday, January 18 with a group of 15, and it was a memorable experience. The ambiance was perfect — chic yet relaxed, busy but not too loud, making it a great setting for a special occasion. We were there for a portion of their daily happy hour which offered delicious small bites and a selection of reasonably priced (and flavorful) drinks. The sunset view from the lounge area was stunning and added to the overall ambiance as well. What truly made the experience stand out was our server. He was incredible — attentive, friendly, and made sure everything went smoothly despite the size of our group. He remembered all of our names, engaged with us in a personable way, and handled the tricky task of splitting up the (many) separate bills with ease. I’ve never had such a seamless experience with a large party. Highly recommend Parker Rooftop for both the service and the amazing atmosphere. Thank you! :) ”
